Our vines are located in the beautiful municipality of Felanitx, the second largest wine-growing region in Mallorca. When the gentle morning mist slowly disappears and the sun puts the vines in the right light, you feel like you are very close to the earth and the sea. The Romans already felt this and grew magnificently thriving grapes here.
But how did two people from Brandenburg get involved in winemaking on the island? Through their passion for the landscape, their joy in working with and in nature, and their discovery of Mallorca's winemaking culture, which is reflected in the special wines.

for a natural viticulture that adapts to soil,

This creates unique wines from which you can
hopefully our joy and our passion tastes good.
Particularly
Higo (spanisch für Feige) ist ein klassischer Chardonnay, welcher nach ca. 9 Monaten im Stahltank abgefüllt wird und für uns die ideale Begleitung eines Sonnenuntergangs auf der Terrasse oder auch zu einem leichten Gericht darstellt.
Fénix (spanisch für Phönix) ist ein bereits im ersten Jahrgang eleganter Cabernet Sauvignon. Der Wein lagert zunächst ca. 9 Monate im Holzfass und wird nach einem weiteren halben Jahr Reifung im Stahltank abgefüllt. Dabei entsteht ein hochwertiger Wein, der sich sehr gut als Begleiter zu einem eleganten Essen oder auch für schöne Stunden mit Freunden und Familie eignet.
Wie wünschen viel Spaß mit unseren Weinen und hoffen, dass wir damit auch immer einen Schluck Süden transportieren können.
