Sauvignon Blanc (white wine)

Goat cheese crostini

with figs, honey and thyme

Crispy crostini topped with creamy goat cheese, figs, drizzled with honey and garnished with fresh thyme. The fresh acidity of the Sauvignon Blanc harmonizes perfectly with the creamy and slightly sweet goat cheese.

  Viognier (white wine)

Shrimp cocktail with saffron aioli

Cooked prawns served with a dollop of saffron aioli and lemon slices. The fruity and floral flavors of the Viognier pair perfectly with the tender prawns and aromatic saffron aioli.

Monastrell (rose)

Gazpacho shots

Small glasses filled with refreshing gazpacho, a cold Spanish tomato soup, garnished with chopped cucumber, peppers and a drop of olive oil. The fresh and spicy aromas of the gazpacho go well with the fruity and slightly spicy notes of the Monastrell Rosé.

Mantonegro (red wine)

Manchego cheese with membrillo (quince paste)

Strong slice of matured Manchego cheese served with a piece of membrillo (quince paste). The nutty and slightly salty notes of the Manchego cheese harmonize perfectly with the sweet and fruity quince paste. This combination goes well with the fruity and earthy notes of the Mantonegro and offers a balanced taste experience.

Merlot-Syrah (Rotwein)

Manchego-Käse mit Membrillo (Quittenpaste)

Kräftige Scheibe vom gereiften Manchego-Käse, serviert mit einem Stück Membrillo (Quittenpaste). Die nussigen und leicht salzigen Noten des Manchego-Käses harmonieren hervorragend mit der süßen und fruchtigen Quittenpaste. Die Kombination aus den fruchtigen und würzigen Aromen des Merlot-Syrah und dem herzhaften Manchego mit Membrillo ist ein Genuss.
