Der Vater unseres Familienweins - Rudolf Dech (1944-2023) - erwarb 2018 das Grundstück in Binissalem und baute 2020 die ersten Weinreben, zusammen mit WeinWert, unseres jetzigen Jahrgangs an.
Dieses Weingut erbten wir, die Geschwister, Sybille, Jana und Nick, im Sommer letzten Jahres und durften die Herstellung unseres ersten Weines begleiten.
Örtlich verstreut in Oldenburg, Zürich und Dublin wurden wir auf diesem Grundstück unseres Vaters wieder zusammengeführt, um die Details der Weinherstellung zu regeln.
The wines
The result is the "tres hermanos 2023", a cuvée made from the Giro Ros and Malvasia grapes:
A delicious, fresh summer wine that tastes just as good under the sun of Mallorca as it does on the northern mainland. A brilliant straw yellow with green reflections seduces the senses.
A bouquet of juicy stone fruit, ripe apricot and delicate floral notes unfolds with every sip.
A hint of orange zest gives the wine a fresh elegance, while notes of garden peach pamper the taste buds.
The lively acidity is perfectly integrated and
leads to a medium-long finish.

The name of our wine tells the story of the three siblings who took over their father's legacy, just like our label, which on the one hand traces the lines of the vineyard and on the other hand symbolizes that our three paths meet in the vineyard
